COMPETITIVE TEAMS

Teams must bring all necessary forms to the tournament. They will not have access to a copy machine at the school.
Note: Below are links to Interactive Forms. All forms need to be downloaded and edited in Adobe Acrobat or Word. They will not render properly in a browser.
All COMPETITIVE teams need:
To be aware of any Published Clarifications for their Challenge
2 copies of the Media & Medical Release Forms for each team member and each team manager (no photos with these forms) (updated January 26th)
*Membership Name = Team Name
2 copies of the Team Photo Form (with photos)
6 copies of the completed Tournament Data Form
2 copies of the Declaration of Independence
1 copy of the Expense Report (for more about this, see pages 18-20 of the Rules of the Road)
Copies of receipts, in case your team is asked for them by the appraisers
Team Sign (listing Team Name, Team Number, Level & School)
A copy of any private clarifications your team has received

Important note for teams that advance to the Texas Affiliate Tournament:
Due to restrictions at the Texas Affiliate Tournament Site, the Affiliate tournament will have the following restrictions:
Weapons: Follow Rules of the Road, page 23, section H. Safety Guidelines and Restrictions, item 15.
No helium.
No dry ice.
No turning the lights off in a performance.
Latex is allowed.
Important Note:
Team Managers will receive an email full of Tournament information about 1-2 weeks prior to the tournament.
